First points in Group B for PSV or maybe a second consecutive win for Inter? Let’s discuss this game in the city of Eindhoven in our predictions football 1×2.
For PSV it was a bad luck to start their Champions League campaign against Barcelona at the Camp Nou. Mark van Bommel’s team was crushed by the Catalan giants with 4-0, with three of these goals being scored by Lionel Messi. PSV are doing very well since the start of the season, but against Barca they saw how different the levei in the Champions League is.
How we said, PSV are doing well this season. They are convincing leaders in the Dutch Eredivisie, winning all of their games since the start of the campaign. We can say that Mark van Bommel is doing a fantastic job at the club, despite of his lack of managerial experience and young age.
Inter on the other hand started the season a little shaky, but they are starting to stabilize their performance. They began their Champions League campaign against Tottenham at the San Siro and enjoyed a 2-1 win, thanks to two late goals from Mauro Icardi and Matias Vecino.
The Nerazzurri returned to the Champions League after a long wait, so for them it’s important to do well in the tournament. Their goal is to reach the 1/8-finals of the competition and see what they can do from there. In the Serie A Inter had some problems, but in the last few weeks they are starting to play a little bit better.
Our conclusion is that Inter are favourites against PSV, but the Dutch team can be very dangerous at home ground. In our predictions football 1×2 we will advice you to be careful with this match, despite of the fact that the Italian team is a slight favourite.
