Leicester City started their season exactly according to their plans. Brendan Rodgers’ boys paid a visit to the newcomers West Bromwich Albion and reminded them how tough it is in the Premier League with a 3-0 win. The new signing Timoty Castagne opened the score, while Jamie Vardy scored a quick brace in the last 15 minutes.

Brendan Rodgers has some injury problems before this game. Benkovic, Morgan, Evans and Ricardo Pereira are all injured. They are still recovering, so most likely we won’t see them against Burnley.

For Burnley this is going to be a first Premier League game for the season. It’d be interesting to see how Dyche will choose his line-ups for these two matches. It won’t be surprising if some players are rested on Thursday, so they could be fresh against Leicester on Sunday.

On the transfer market Burnley didn’t do any business, which is a bit worrying for the fans. The only arrival during the summer is the goalkeeper Will Norris who was signed from Wolverhampton Wanderers. At the same time Joe Hart, Jeff Hendrick, Aaron Lennon and Aiden O’Neill all left the club.
