At the same time the Blues lost their biggest star Richarlison. The Brazilian international decided to move to Tottenham Hotspur. Players like Cenk Tosun, Jonjoe Kenny, Jarrad Branthwaite and Fabian Delph also departed.

Chelsea aim to win the title again in their first season without Roman Abramovich. The club already made two huge signings on the market. Manchester City’s Raheem Sterling arrived at the Stamford Bridge while Napoli’s legendary center-back Kalidou Koulibaly also arrived and even took John Terry’s number.

At the same time Romelu Lukaku left the club for a second time while Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen moved to Spain as free agents. According to some rumors, Spanish duo Cesar Azpilicueta and Marcos Alonso could both move to Barcelona, too.

Chelsea’s biggest asset remains the manager Thomas Tuchel. He already won the Champions League with the Blues, but now the primary goal would be the Premier League. Let’s see if he can mastermind Chelsea’s path to the gold medals.
