During the 1/8-finals Brazil enjoyed a 2-0 win over Mexico with goals from Neymar and Roberto Firmino. After an average first half, Brazil dominated after the break and crushed their opponents. The bad news is the suspension of the influental midfielder Casemiro, who won’t be able to play against the Red Devils. But there’s no room for panic, because Manchester City’s holding midfielder Fernandinho is ready to participate and show what he can do.

Douglas Costa remains sidelined for Brazil, but Marcelo is ready to come back on the pitch and take his usual role at the left back position. Marcelo is one of the key players in Brazil’s squad, so his recovery means great news for Tite.

Belgium are a typical “black horse” for winning the World Cup. They do not have the reputation of teams like Brazil or France, but they have a truly exceptional squad which is ready to take over the competition. In the previous round the Red Devils had a scare against Japan, losing with two goals in the beginning of the second half. But they showed some great spirit and courage, winning with 3-2 in the end.

Some say that this game could shake Belgium’s confidence, but we think opposite – we think that they will become even stronger after such an experience. They were close to elimination, but they showed some courage and won. This is important for their mentality.

Belgium’s manager Roberto Martinez is lucky enough to use his full squad for the next game. But given the fact that some players dissapointed against Japan, Martinez could be making some changes for the next clash. Figures like Dries Mertens and Yannick Carrasco were substituted early against the Blue Samurai. It won’t be surprising if Marouane Fellaini and Nacer Chadli, who scored against Japan, replace them against Selecao.

He showed good form against Mexico, so now he will try to make another step towards the big goal – first World Cup title with Brazil. He is very influental for Brazil’s game, so Roberto Martinez will have to pay some special attention.

Meanwhile Romelu Lukaku and Eden Hazard are the most dangerous figures in Belgium’s squad. If Tite wants to neutralize the Belgian power in attack, he has to deal with these two players. Another player he has to take care of is Kevin De Bruyne. The Manchester City star is controlling the game from midfield and he’s very important for the Red Devils.
